The next meeting of the IABC Heads of Communication Shared Interest Group (SIG) will be on Tuesday, January 28, at 9 a.m. CT / 10 a.m. ET.
This session will explore practical ways to create authentic conversations and connections. Research by Workshop and Happeo shows that nearly two-thirds of companies prioritize a new and/or improved intranet, yet only 13% use it regularly. According to Gallop, only 23% of employees are engaged. This points to a disconnect between channel investment and employee engagement.
Also during the gathering, Ann-Marie Blake, the new SIG chair, will share plans for 2025 and provide a tour of IABC’s new community platform.
