IABC Crisis Communications Shared Interest Group (SIG) will host “Inside Out: Aligning Internal and External Comms in a Crisis” on Thursday, January 22, at 11 a.m. CT / 12 p.m. ET. 

Alison Arnot, a seasoned communication consultant, trainer, and author of Internal Communication in Times of Crisis, will explore how communicators balance the inside and outside demands of a crisis. 

This session unpacks what “inside-out” communication looks like in practice, how trust and consistency are built under pressure, and how internal decisions shape external responses with employees, media, and stakeholders.
