Join IABC for “Welcome to the Age of Listening” on Wednesday, April 24, at 1:00 p.m. ET. Howard Krais, Mike Pounsford and Dr. Kevin Ruck will lead the webinar.
Krais, Pounsford, and Ruck, authors of Leading the Listening Organisation, will explain why listening to employees matters and how to do it well. They will talk about what good listening is like, the benefits from effective listening, and the obstacles that can get in the way. In addition, they will discuss the critical role leaders play and provide practical tips for creating a climate where listening can flourish.
